These terms govern your use of the StudioFeel Android application (“App”) and the studiofeel.in website (“Site”). By installing or using the App or the Site, you agree to these terms.
StudioFeel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal or commercial use, subject to the trial and license terms below.
On first install the App enters a 30-day free trial, starting from the date of first launch. During the trial all features are unlocked, no payment is required, and no payment information is collected. The trial period is tracked locally on the device.
When the trial expires, the App will stop processing audio until a license is activated. You may uninstall the App at any time during or after the trial with no further obligation.
Continued use of the App beyond the 30-day trial requires a valid license. Pricing, license duration, and the exact purchase mechanism (in-app purchase, subscription, one-time payment, or other) will be announced separately and made available inside the App and on this site before the trial closes for the first cohort of users. By installing the App you acknowledge that licensing terms are not yet finalised and may change before launch.
Regardless of the licensing model, the App does not show advertisements and does not collect usage analytics or telemetry. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
The App is distributed via Google Play and is subject to Google's Play Terms of Service in addition to these terms. If you sideload the App from another source, you do so at your own risk and we cannot guarantee the version is authentic or up to date.

The App — including all preset tunings, code, design, graphics, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Eidoltroner and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The license granted under these terms does not transfer any ownership rights.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. StudioFeel does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device or every audio app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioFeel and Eidoltroner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, hearing damage from misuse of volume boost or EQ settings, or damage to audio equipment. The App is a software tool; how you use it is your responsibility.
StudioFeel includes a Volume Boost feature that can push audio beyond the system maximum. Sustained listening at high volume can cause permanent hearing damage. Please listen responsibly — use Volume Boost for quiet content only, and keep total loudness at a level you would consider safe for long sessions.
We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. You may end your license at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may release updates to the App. Updates may add, change, or remove features. We will not retroactively remove core functionality from versions you already have installed, but older versions may eventually stop being compatible with newer Android releases.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
