StudioFeel respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. What StudioFeel does not collect

The StudioFeel application does not collect:

• Audio content of any kind. StudioFeel processes audio in real-time on your device. No audio leaves your computer.
• Usage analytics or telemetry. The app does not phone home about how you use it.
• Files, documents, or other personal data on your computer.
• Location data, device identifiers, or hardware fingerprints.

2. What we do collect

We only collect information that you actively provide to us:

• Email address — when you purchase a subscription, sign up for the newsletter, or contact support. Used solely to deliver your license, send release notes (if you opted in), and respond to support requests.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card or banking details.
• Support correspondence — when you write to us, we keep your messages so we can answer them.

3. Payment processing

Subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad). Their privacy policies cover the data they process on our behalf. We receive only your email address and an indication that your subscription is active.

4. Cookies and website analytics

Our website (studiofeel.in) does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising networks. Basic, anonymous server logs (e.g., page views) may be kept for site reliability.

5. Data retention

We keep your email and subscription record for as long as you are a customer plus a reasonable period afterward, to honor refund requests and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@studiofeel.in.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email support@studiofeel.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

StudioFeel is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
